Very unprofessional real estate company. Had a terrible experience. Voiced a concern and the manager couldn't even pick up the phone to ask why. If your looking for a real estate company with a personal touch. THIS AIN'T IT.

Working with a agent that truly has your best interest at heart makes a difference.
Clement Ononuju is a genuine and caring person . He went above and beyond my needs during my home selling process. He truly accompanied me and gave me strong advice to properly care for the place in order to get the best offer . He negotiated a strong deal on my behalf .

I’m truly happy with his service. I would recommend this realtor to anyone that I know looking to buy or sell a property.

Keisha Smith at Royal LePage Atlantic is an excellent realtor! She found me a cozy country home under my budget and took care of everything along the way. Highly recommend Royal LePage and Keisha Smith.

I went in the office to look at buying rental property. I met with Camilla Saunders. She was extremely racist to the point where I left the building. Camila kept saying things like her Iranian coworker should go to back to their country and that Chinese people should not be welcomed in the Maritimes. Her Manager, Shannon Auffrey defended the racist agent saying that I was overreacting. I'm not sure how to react when confronted with racism but I would not recommend going business here until they have fixed their racism problem.

Used Roxanna to sell my home. Very nice person but poor service as an agent and many mistakes from her support people. Sign took long to be installed, brochure not available until weeks after listing, brochure had many typos and looked childlike, and mls listing and brochure information did not match. Also fairly hard to get a hold of.

I would not recommend or use them again.

Had the unfortunate displeasure of working with Norma Aube while buying our first house. We made a huge move from Ontario to New Brunswick, and during the travel restriction we trusted her to be our eyes and act in our best interests. THIS WAS NOT THE CASE! We were pressured into so many houses we didn't like ( luckily losing out of them) but when we did find this one we were assured it was "so cute and cozy" "very nice little place". the exact opposite was true. The house is older than the Province itself it seems we were only given 1 very impromptu "video walk through" where she couldn't even work her phone and focus on anything for more the 3 seconds. after 5 mins it was over and we didn't even get to see the entire house " the stairs were a bit too much to bother with I guess. She even recommended our home inspector Jerry LeBlanc.(which was another disaster in itself When we did finally arrive the house was far from cute. covered in cobwebs and clearly not clean in over 10 years(whatever). There is so much damage to the walls, stairs ceiling, basement, plumbing, electrical, water damage in the walls and roof. We are completely F***ed. Thanks a lot Norma!

Agent Matt Sellars booked a viewing of my property and failed to show up or even call to advise he wasn't going to attend. He said he wasn't used to dealing with Property Guys and chuckled saying his clients already found another property. This very unprofessional... As we all know it takes a fair amount of prep time to get a house ready for a showing... Lack of respect.
