Not a company I would suggest or ever use again.

I was hoping to be able to provide a good review after using this company but unfortunately it has been a horrific experience.

Had to continuously check in with the realtor for updates and information. I understand that maybe they felt that some things were not as important enough to pass on so didn’t bother doing so but being kept informed would’ve been nice.

Had several issues with the realtor leaving the doors unlocked after leaving along with other small inconveniences which isn’t too big of deal.

What topped it all off is that the realtor received a text from someone claiming that they are NB Power and currently enroute to the residence to disconnect power mid winter on a weekend. Which is not something NB Power will do. Realtor relayed the information to us in a panic asking what is going on.

So coming from a trusted source such as our realtor it will induce more panic. Ultimately ended up just being a scam and losing $2000. The realtor did not agree to pay 50% of that out of their commission as an apology for their involvement in that situation. We are left undecided if the realtor had any involvement in the scam itself or not and took days to get a response from of afterwards especially when questioned about it.

Police report has been filed about it.

After speaking with Royal LePage directly we were told they will look into it and give us a call back in a couple days and it has been over a week with no response.

I don’t recommend Royal LePage or the realtor that we chose, Lauren Reynaert.

He gave me lots and lots of good advice on a variety of topics which made it so much easier to make a final decision. I am happy with the price I got for my home, and I'm very happy with the price I paid for my new home, which I love. What more could I ask for?

Don’t trust royal lepage. Was told my garage was 28*32 turn out to be 24*30. I pay $___ cause of the garage, guess my fault for not bringing a tape measurement , Plus lot is 300sq m less. If I would have double check and not trust the agent no way I would have offer what I did. Lesson learn. I won’t ever use royal lepage and won’t ever trust any agent. They said” use a realtor for peace of mind, YEAH RIGHT. MORE LIKE GET TRICK. Buyer 1* Seller 5* got two friends there selling there house and using exit and one moving here and dealing with century.
