We first met Dianne over 2 years ago, when she held an open house in the area we were interested in. We finally listed our house, and selected her as our agent. Dianne is extremely knowledgeable and makes sure she has the answers to our questions, and we did have many. We currently live over 2 hours away, and when we finally sold our house it only took a few weeks to buy a new home that we absolutely love. It ended up being her listing that she showed us, and all the stars aligned and it became ours. Dianne definitely goes above and beyond to make our move go smoothly by providing contacts for us to choose from. It’s nice moving to a new area where we have already made a friend that we know we can count on. Dianne accomplished so much for me and I know I couldn’t have done it without her!

I met Dianne 4 years ago when I started to emotionally prepare for downsizing.
For 4 years, Dianne showed me properties and although I wanted to move ahead, I struggled to make a decision quick enough and as a result, lost out on a few places.
Although at times I wondered why she kept working with me, Dianne stayed patient, supported me, and continued to give me sound advice. In a strange twist of fate, I made an offer that was accepted on the same day I went away on 4 weeks vacation!

I didn’t expect my house to be listed for sale when I left, but Dianne took care of everything, including shoveling snow, sweeping out my garage, and putting out my patio furniture so the photos would look spring-like and more appealing to buyers. The photos were amazing!

She held an Open House that was really well attended and my house sold a week later, while I was still away!
