Did not give my father a copy of move out after inspection which he remarked how good a condition my father left
Mailed him a copy a few days later where he had filled in a new box and added text which said they were not giving damage deposit back
He forged a legal document to take 1600 dollars.
Because my father did not take a picture of document at move out he was able to get away with it.
Don't trust this man or royal Lepage rental properties in Comox Valley. They are highly deceptive and dishonest

Terrible outfit. Listing realtor of a property Amanda Racine made arrangements with potential buyer to show a property via video cam due to buyers location being out of town. Showing day she called buyer and said "it's too far for me to go" even though she agreed the day before. When the manager was informed Greg he became extremely rude told the buyer to make own arrangements and hung up on buyer. Deplorable service!
Update..responding to the so called manager..firstly your realtor agreed to do this and was quite alright with making the drive. She was well aware of the buyers realtor's location that being Vancouver. Secondly Amanda Racine is the listing realtor and after a brief discussion she was very willing to do a simple walk through video so to imply that the buyers realtor is lazy and would do nothing but sit on his butt and get paid is laughable when it's Amanda Racine who would only have to pick up a pen and get paid. Buyers realtor was quite willing to take us through if the video viewing was acceptable. The arrogance of this manager Greg is atrocious. Sounds like he's a little desperate these days with the way the market is going. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED!!
