I didn't know what to say when I started the story because I was so disappointed with the way Mrs. Kathy, the realtor we trusted to put our trust in, we considered her as a relative in our family, I am an immigrant, when I came here to live and I always thought that people were always sincere and helpful to each other, but no, it was completely opposite to our thoughts, you know when we asked the realtor at Royal Lepage to help us find a house to buy, some of my friends stopped me and advised us not to choose the people there, I don't understand why they said that but finally there was an answer to that problem:
1/ The first time I went to see a house with the realtor, we chose the house because we looked at the information the realtor provided, which showed that the house was built in 1972, when we needed information to provide for insurance, the realtor told us that the house was built in 1910, they asked her why why then she said just guessing like that and not sure, until now we still did not think much about her (realtor), and in the end due to many problems we did not choose to buy that house.

2/ We still put our trust and asked Kathy to find a house for us, and in the end we found a house, the history of the house this time was very perfect, so perfect that we did not need an inspection and added $20,000 to buy it (that was our big mistake because we trusted people too much), you know before the day we received the key, we went with Kathy to see the house for the last time and that was also the time she disappeared and did not contact our family at all.

3/ The lawyer she introduced to us was even scarier, her name was Renee, she worked at Ericksons, you know, after a day of receiving the keys (the day we received the keys we hadn't moved in yet), we went to clean the house and the water heater broke, we contacted the lawyer but the lawyer not only didn't give us any instructions or support, she kept insisting that if we didn't inspect, we'd have to bear it (consider it as solving it ourselves), I asked her why the information about the house was so perfect, the water heater showed "hot water on demand 2021" but we checked it had been used since 2010 and the warranty had expired, and she still said if we didn't inspect, we'd have to bear it, I asked you guys are lying to us right, why did you give us wrong information, and finally she said how much the water heater cost so she could contact the realtor and the realtor company to support me in part, she asked me to provide give her a "quote", I don't understand what a quote is, I went to Home Depot and took a picture of the same brand water heater as the old one, the price of the heater is $2,050 (not including tax, tools and installation) I sent it to the lawyer, she didn't explain to me that it wasn't a quote, she said we will contact the realtor to support you $1,000 (you see, she took our money to protect the home buyer but she didn't have a single instruction or sentence to help us, I don't understand how a professional lawyer works like that), we said because the house that the realtor gave us information about was very good and we paid an extra $20,000 for it (but it was actually incorrect information), now we don't have enough money to replace the water heater and told her to give us another $500, and she agreed and forced us to sign a release for the realtor, (you know, later when I contacted the water heater installation company, they quoted me nearly $4,000 and now I understand what the quote the lawyer told me was)
4/ You know, we had to use very cold water until more than 3 weeks before we had hot water to use.
We had a really scary experience but what was even scarier was that we encountered a terrible realtor and lawyer.
I want to share so that you guys can be more careful when choosing who you trust, I lost faith in these people.

He is able to work with your schedule and guide you through the process from start to finish. I would highly recommend him to friends and family. Compared to other real estate agents, he is basically like Superman in terms of his abilities and dedication to his clients.

Don’t go to the agent kunal kohli ever in Royal lepage. Because he was threatening me for brokerage in public place. He is not professional at and he refuse me to make an offer for private seller. And then he asking me for brokerage he sigend contract forcefully. If he ever signed contract please read carefully. I want to give negative review but it’s not possible.

Carrie and Vanny Costa really live and breathe real estate. This dream team was recommended to us by several of our friends. My partner and I texted Carrie on a Saturday afternoon hoping to start viewing some houses. Less than a week later they had helped us view and put an offer in for our dream house!
