John Chung is a great realtor to work with. Goes above and beyond to get what you are looking for. Last year he listed my condo, we received multiple good offers, but at that time I had decided to hang onto it and rent it out. John was understanding on my situation and didn’t pressure me to go one way or another and just suggested that we should keep an eye on things and try again when things may be a little more lucrative to sell.

I’ll admit I had felt that I wasted his time, but he does not think about the short term gain of a sale, but he is more interested in creating lasting partnerships in the market.

Would recommend 10/10.

Experienced my time with Rosemary Ojo. One of the most deceiving people, took my money, did not send official receipts, and continued to gaslight and push narratives her way. Does not care for clients and those who have taken the time to be respectful and patient with her. Do not recommend.

We were extreamly happy with our realtor, Peter Woldu, who did an exceptional job! He was very informative and went above and beyond to make sure we were informed every step of the way. Our condo sold only 2 days after listing! Peter was professional, pleasant, personable and honest and we could not be happier with how smoothly the sale went . He even surprised us with a very generous gift to celebrate closing.

Thanks Peter for being so wonderful! 😊

Rented a basement suite home for the past two years from Royal LePage on 18 block Connaught. Moved into the place without a handle on the microwave, being promised the handle was on back order. Their excuse was that the previous family was "hard on the house." That same microwave eventually quit in the fall of last year, to which we reported, and to no avail; nothing was done about it. The microwave also served as the fan over the stove. Funnily enough, not having a functioning fan over the stove in a basement is illegal. I set my smoke detectors off more times than I can count. My dryer had problems around the same time, they sent a technician out, who only put more duct tape on my exhaust piping and kicked the thing around a few times before leaving. Had to call in about it again, and only then was the lint cleaned out of the machine. That fix lasted 3 months before the heating element in it went completely, and we became forced to triple the cycles on our laundry. Ultimately, the last nail in the coffin was the unexpected water damage in one of the bedroom ceilings, which we reported as soon as we noticed. It wasn't until we gave notice that we weren't going to renew the lease for another year that any of the things we requested be done with the house, get done. Their outsourced landscapers have buried my car in with snow twice, and also almost flooded the home once when they went weeding last summer and decided not to put the drainage hoses back where they belonged and not up against the side of my old home's exterior walls.
Rent was increased twice, and none of those instances did the company bother to make the quality of life in the suite any better.

I absolutely urge without any hesitation in my being to stay away from this company. Their business etiquette is deplorable. If I could give this business negative stars, you best believe I would.

I was dealing with Carmen last year. I had a personal knowing of a certain house I was looking at purchasing. We booked to view it so i could show my spouse. After hearing from the neighbor (a close friend of mine) that the septic system had completely failed that week, we brought this up with Carmen. She said that I could take her word that it was fine, and she assures me that nothing is wrong with it. What a liar. Regina is not a big city and she should take into consideration that everyone knows everyone before she tries to play folks like a fiddle. Then she was pressuring us for our info to get the purchase documents made up when we didn't even say we wanted to purchase anything.
Ended up getting a realtor from Yorkton that was honest and no pressure, and bought our house a month later.

Kathy at Royal LePage Regina was the best realtor I have ever used! She found me the perfect condo and I have been counting down the days until I get to move in! The price was amazing, the area is beautiful and her customer service was EXCEPTIONAL! She was completely honest the entire time and I never felt like I was being lead in the wrong direction! She provided me with lots of how to’s and tips and I feel confident with my purchase. I can’t recommend Kathy Feszczyn enough! BEST REALTOR IN REGINA!

The person I got for my veiwing was very unprofessional. Some of the places they offer, they ask so much money for when clearly it wasn't cleaned or fixed up. I've heard from many other people to not rent from them, because quote "They hide behind their desk with your damage deposit". 0/10. They put on a good show for nothing.

Trina, Bobbi and Bobbi husband Kevin (home inspector) can not be trusted. They were only worried about their commission and did not provide important information about the house that they should have known and disclosed to my son, which cost him a lot of money. Buyer beware! I'd give 0 stars if I could.
