Dean Cooper (Mountain Living Real Estate by Royal Lepage Rocky Mountain Realty’s) is an all round great person, and an excellent real estate agent! It was an absolutely pleasure working with him. Dean is a no pressure agent, kind hearted, and very professional.

Dean sold our condo in Canmore for the amount we wanted... in 9 days!!! He also helped us purchase a new home. Dean made sure we wouldn't be homeless, and ensured the sale of our condo was conditional on us purchasing a new house. Dean also made sure the transition from one house to the other went with ease, and we did not require bridge financing (we closed both deals within 30 mins of each other).

We took possession of our new home on March 22, and couldn't be happier. My partner and I never thought we would be able to afford a detached home, with a garage in Canmore! Dean helped us achievement our goal.

My partner and I had a house warming BBQ on April 14th and asked Dean if he would be interested in stopped by. We were so thrilled that he was able to come, and made the most delicious cheesecake!
