I wish I could give them zero stars for my unpleasant experience with their poor services from the first open house to the end and closing date. As a sample, Gisele Wong, the seller agent, expressed many times that there were more offers with higher prices than ours. After the beading process, when we won, she changed her behavior and didn't even bother herself to be present at the possession date and left a key in the backyard and faced us with a big disaster and an unclean place like an animal house. In that situation, I couldn't believe her and asked her manager, Mr. Chris Simmons, to get a copy of all the offers on this property without the name of the buyers and their agents. Unfortunately, we didn't get any answer from him until now, and I believe it was our huge mistake to trust these guys. I am sure this unprofessional behavior negatively affects their company's reputation. Never ever recommend them.

We rented a unit from these guys for many years and paid a high rate, we were an exceptional tenant. We decided to leave the location at the end of the term . The day we moved out , an identical business moved in and tried to take over our business. These guys are complicit in generating this scam . We barely survived this unethical behaviour . These guys only care about money not your tenants rights .

Marshal Zalik is a crook.

He bully’s tenants and does not cooperate with the law.

He is currently being sued by several individuals for fraud.

He makes fake laws not supported by the government.

Do not hire this individual. As you will be surrendering your property to a 85 year old man that is on a “power trip”
