Very disappointed. Duncan Moffat is only commission based and does not care of the happiness of his clients or at least mine anyways. Don't get locked in like I did. Look closely at the expiry date of your closing before signing your contract. Don't believe him when he says you can get out of it anytime, this is not true he will hold you locked into your contract. His reasoning is other wise everyone would cancel their contract. Duncan now has my house locked in for one year and refuses to cancel my listing. To get out of this he now wants me to sign that I will pay his full commission even if I sell my house on my own within the one year after. Clients happiness means nothing. O stars He will do anything to lock you in so he gets his commission and another listing on his site. He is now blackmailing me with my own contract for his commission for the next year. Very unprofessional. Did not even go through reading the contract just sign here, sign here. My mistake was I did and I believed him. Dont do the same mistake, read every word or have a notary or lawyer look it over and explain it to you. Don't believe what you are told.

Vicky is an absolute gem of a realtor and person! She's incredibly knowledgeable, very friendly and prompt in her communication as well as dedicated and thorough in her efforts. She understood exactly what I was looking for as a first time home buyer and guided me patiently through the process. I truly learned so much and felt confident in making the biggest purchase of my life with Vicky. The experience was fantastic and I recommend placing your trust in her. She's a passionate realtor and a pleasure to work with!

Writing a negative review of this company despite never having done business with them directly - today a realtor "CJ" was going door to door in a Langley townhome complex with a clear "NO SOLICITING" sign bothering people in the middle of their workday. It's one thing to paper the complex with useless flyers (what a waste of paper), it's another thing to actually bother people working from home in the middle of the day. And as a realtor, you should be aware of signage in a complex deterring solicitors. People don't like being bothered...

Deceptive acts and practices. I was dealing with Karen Krinbill on a rental property and explained how I work in finance and do not agree or want my credit being pulled by multiple people. She told me I was willing to provide my own Equifax.

She later went back on her word after I provided everything including pay stubs, ID, Equifax report and the application. Even offered to pay 3 months of rent up front.

We wanted to move in on 15th. She changed her mind about our agreement on the 8th.

You would think when dealing with a reputable name like Royal LePage you would have upfront and honest agents. I get it that policy is policy but wasting that much time and saying one thing then changing it to another is a waste of time. Not professional.

Rented a property through this agency, and it was a horrid mistake. This company worked on “behalf” of the owner but decided to evict us and failed to take all responsibility when it turned out it was a wrongful eviction. They blamed it all on the owner and became quite aggressive during communication. I would not trust them! We lost a home, money and everything we cared about in this horribly handled eviction. They didn’t seem to know the rules and were quite okay with taking away people’s trust and their lives.

Jamie Hucul is a fantastic realtor! He made the process of buying my 1st home very easy, great attitude, thorough explanations and I could tell he truly cared. I highly recommend Jamie as a realtor. Great professionalism, great attitude and great results!

I am disgusted at the attitude and lack of respect for a client. I emailed Jamie Schreder at around 8am Saturday morning and he didn't respond. I emailed from a different email at 6pm and he still didn't respond. I then emailed him at 11am on Sunday morning and complained that his work ethic was sub par at best. Only because I made him accountable did he email me back telling me that I should use someone else and that I guess he doesn't work like a normal realtor. His exact words were "This listing is still available and you are welcome to submit a lease proposal through another broker. Perhaps you should ask your successful brother to assist in your search to avoid unprofessional brokers that do not work throughout the night." THROUGH THE NIGHT?!! 8am? 6pm? Like he's entitled and gets to pick his hours and deal with people when HE WANTS TO. Ummm... I'm afraid he's in the wrong business. No apology, no nothing. Zero accountability. My brother is an award winning realtor for Royal Lepage (who will remain unnamed) so this is beyond unacceptable. I also own 3 businesses for over 2 decades and in this day and age you RESPOND PROMPTLY with kindness to maintain a fantastic company reputation. I pride myself and my employees on handling our customers problems or questions with the utmost respect. Jamie has no clue what respect and integrity is. Royal Lepage should be ashamed to hire someone as lazy as Jamie.

We chose Nina Andrews to represent us looking for a new house. We could not believe how hard she worked for us and was so professional. It felt like she was a friend who was pulling out all the stops for us rather than just a realtor. Everyone should be so lucky to have her represent them.
