Completely unprofessional!!! I have a serious suspicion that they are scamming people!!! I came for my appointment to see the property and the agent didn’t show up!!! I have reported it to Real Estate Board and I hope they will revoke their license!!! Avoid this company!!! This is fraudulent company!!! Avoid them !!! Also reported to the RCMP as they are taking personal information that most likely is used for improper purposes!!!

Royal york property management team specially Marriam made it so very easy for us to manage our property in Brantford . Living outside city , we were initially wary of all managing a property remote would entail. They partnered us every step of the way ensuring that everything was taken care of.

This company and there workers will commit fraud and lie to you over the phone. There now trying to force me to pay $25,000 and they have done zero work for me. Insanity

I have never experienced the type of deceit and poor customer service that I did with royal york. They are completely deceptive and will attempt to hide fees in their contract

I was told they would take a triplex for $99 a month. Next thing I know there charging me $894/month!!!

This company is predatory, unethical and terrible to deal with.

Horrible experience. We have had issues with this “property management” group from the day we started renting. They don’t follow up nor care about the maintenance requests. What really took the cake was that our house was violently broken into last night at 3am. Being 9 months pregnant it was the most traumatic experience of my life. They broke windows in the house and got in through there. We called royal York shortly after dealing with the police and requested that the window be repaired. They sent us a confirmation email about our maintenance request being a priority due to emergency circumstances. Maintenance came to check out the window at 8am. At 6:30pm I called to request an update because it was getting late and nobody came. I was then informed they're “busy” and can’t install a simple plywood over the window until the next morning. So much for an emergency. We now have a human sized hole in our window that anyone can get through. It’s absolutely terrifying to know that anyone can get into the house tonight after being violently robbed the night prior. They could’ve told me that they can’t do anything earlier in the day and I would’ve reached out to another company to instal the plywood until we get a new window. For our own safety. But they didn’t. I had to reach out worried about what’s gonna happen tonight. We thought that a property management group would be a safer solution for renting because they would “take care of us” but this company does not care about their tenants no matter the circumstances. I feel unsafe in my own house and they couldn’t care less but also won’t let us do our own maintenance. Again, I am 9 months pregnant and this is not what I need 3 days away from my due date. Horrible experience through and through. Please whatever you do DO NOT use these people. This company neglects and does not care about its tenants. They will only charge you tens of thousands of dollars and will not do their due diligence. Its a god damn joke. Do yourself a favour and stay away from this company.

Absolutely amazing service !!
I am a new tenant and the place I was moving into needed a really deep clean. Royal yorks turn over cleaning service was spectacular, they accepted my request last minute and the lady did an unbelievable job in just 4 hours! I truly thought the job would take at least 8 hours. Very impressed! Would highly recommend for tenants moving into their new home or for home owners who have a new tenant moving in!!

Our experience was initially very good, we worked with Brandon and he found us tenants on a tight deadline.

Since then however, communication with the account team has been extremely frustrating. Simple questions go unanswered for weeks with no follow up and we are constantly passed off to new people. Phone calls are equally frustrating, as it seems impossible to reach anyone in the account team directly.

I am very disappointed and wouldn't recommend this company, if you are considering renting out your place.
