Hello Owners
Kitchner branch of this company is fraud,they hired employees who lie you & stealing your money .I hired them for my Cambridge home by looking reviews but the leasing agent come on time because they want to sign contract without explaining everything.When I found after 2 days on online portal about $1500 retailer fees then I contacted them about it & no answer from leasing agent by saying that she has no idea and when their customer service called & explained to me then I said that if I am already paying $149 for maintenance to you guys then why this deposit.They said that it is security deposit & you will get back at the end of contract.I told them that if all leasing transactions are going through your company then why you need security deposit as retainer fees then no answer.
After all this,I told them to cancel the contract within 4 days and now they are sending legal document to pay them almost $6000 , I don’t understand that why I should pay if I canceled the contract without using any services (showing & maintenance)

This is the shittiest property management with barely any problem solving people working in the team. In last one month, my fellow lease holders and I have spoken to 10+ employees including associates and supervisors. No one provides any solution to the problem.we moved into a detached house that was filthy (unclean)when we came for viewing but the house as such was good. We agreed because we were told that the house would be cleaned by professionals. We moved in the unit and the house was disgusting,they sent some bafoons to clean the house and they were not even able to remove the water stains from the bathroom walls. We had to call 10 times for the management to resend those clowns and we spent 2 hours literally walking back and forth with them to get the house cleaned the way it should be. The backyard had grass taller than their existence and it took them 18 days to get it mowed. We saw a Microwave and was told that the house comes with all equipments. When we moved in, there was none. It has been 30 days that this Garbage management has not provided us with a microwave. It is a $100 thing ,we can buy it but they have kept us lingering in the middle by saying ,"oh we have spoken to owner", "we will get you the owen" " oh acrually it was not in lease".

In short ,you can't trust them.

Megha Mittal was very friendly and open when showing me apartments. She was very easy to talk to and very helpful when I stated my requirements for apartments. Overall, she was a nice person and deserves at least a raise!

Bhavika was a great showing agent. Very knowledgeable and kind. She and her colleague showing agent Nicole were the best part of RYPM.

The company is less on the ball. Be prepared for a lot of run-around if you don't have the name of the person you were talking to. Inter-office communication is terrible, cancelled viewings are not easy to find out about, three confirmations for viewings are "normal".
