We started our search for a larger home in late 2019, the pandemic soon put this on pause and when showings started up again we were back on the hunt. We saw a dozen homes before running into Ryan at one of his open houses. He was the first agent to ask and offer up his help in finding what we were looking for.

He soon had us on the new listings email alert for our desired neighbourhood. This gave us a chance to see what was coming to market or fresh on the market. This was key in a competitive covid world.

When he saw something he thought would really interest us he would follow up by phone to see if we had any interest in seeing a given listing in person and if not then he would ask why to be better able to refine the search and understand our needs.

Ryan found us our new home this past summer while we were away on vacation, nearly 2yrs after first meeting him. Once again he followed up when a home in our desired neighborhood underwent a price reduction. Had it not been for his proactive approach this home likely would have slipped away.

We then engaged Ryan to list our home. We had never been through the selling process before and we had dozens of questions. Thankfully Ryan was only a phone call away. Often answering on the first ring or calling back within minutes if leaving a voicemail.
The beauty to Ryan's team is that it's small enough to still feel like you're getting a personal touch but big enough to know the support is there for all your needs.

This was mostly felt when it came to staging our home which was a quick and painless experience. Ryan even threw in a free storage rental as an added value to his services. Our place sold quickly and the paperwork was handled digitally, no need to visit an office. Ryan explained line by line what we were signing and had suggestions for lawyers, inspectors and mortgage brokers when asked.
