We have used Ryan's expertise twice now, once to sell and now to purchase our latest home. Ryan and Kristi are without question great to deal with. We dealt with Ryan particularly on the purchase of our new home and from the Virtual Tour he did for us when we were still in BC, to suggesting this listing as being "the one". We really are glad we listened to his expert opinion, experience and knowledge in regards to area and the market.
Ryan made the experience stress free from beginning to end when he met us early on move-in day with the keys.
