I had an unfortunate experience with Trace Boyle. While he was prompt in arranging showings, his focus seemed to be more on discussing his girlfriend rather than conducting business. It became a recurring theme during every showing, to the point where we made a game out of counting how many times he would bring her up. When it came to declining an offer on a property, his demeanor and tone made me feel as though it was a poor decision on my part. I felt compelled to explain why we couldn't exceed our budget. Additionally, he stated he does not negotiate commissions as he always buys a gift for every client after a home purchase or sale as a gesture of courtesy, but that turned out to be false. There was no follow-up phone call or text to check in after the property was purchased - just complete silence. It never truly felt like he had my best interests at heart; rather, it seemed like he was solely focused on completing the transaction. I strongly advise against working with him, as it is evident that he does not prioritize building relationships. I felt undervalued throughout the entire process and overall had a terrible experience. I would not recommend.
