We had an amazing experience working with Rylan. When it came to us going for two showings with Rylan we didn’t feel any pressure from him. He gave us some feedback about the house but let us take everything in ourselves, which we appreciated. When it came time to sell our house, Rylan and his team worked hard and came the day after our offer was accepted to take pictures and to get our old house on the market ASAP. He promised he would sell our house in our very short time frame and he did just that in 7 days.

Rylan was referred to us by our good friends who could only say great things about their own personal home buying experience with him.
Our own experience was a little bit different as we were at our home in BC and were interested in a house in Lethbridge. On top of this, we are first time home buyers and had endless questions about the entire process.
Rylan initially gave us his time. With no expectations or pressure, he answered all of our questions (and then some) and put us at ease. Rylan is incredibly knowledgeable about real estate and the market and has a sense about him that lets you know you can trust him and the process.
