My husband and I purchased our first house with Sally in 2009 and have retained a long-lasting relationship since then. As first time buyers, we had very little knowledge of the housing market, so Sally with her expertise, helped us navigate through the purchasing process. On the buying side we found Sally to be extremely knowledgeable about the area we were looking in, including knowing specific issues to watch out for in the homes there, and what the city would allow in terms of adding on. Rylie was very thorough - reviewing inspection reports, crawling under decks to check for foundation cracks, etc. Sally was also able to predict the selling prices of homes accurately, even in the strange market that we were in. When we finally found the house that we wanted to bid on, this enabled us to bid the right amount, winning the house in competition!

On the selling side, Sally and Rylie provided advice on updates to make to our house, assisted with staging and provided advice on pricing. Rylie's photography/video skills were instrumental in presenting our house in its best light and reaching potential buyers online. The virtual tour that Sally and Rylie made was excellent - it had thousands of views and it allowed our home to be sold to a couple who lived across the province (one of whom didn't see the house in person until after buying it). Our home sold quickly (inside of a week) and for more than we had expected, which was a nice bonus!

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Sally and Rylie to others to assist with buying or selling in Toronto. They are a great team and are both professional, friendly and wonderful to deal with!
