Don’t rent with these people. They failed to include my cat’s fee in the rent and claimed they had no idea i had a cat even though i said i needed something pet friendly. They are also very combative when confronted about pests or problems with the units (just look at how they reply to reviews from paying tenants) My unit also had cockroaches so no, they’re not doing “monthly pest inspections.” Save yourself the headache.

We asked if there were pests problems in the building. They said “they had none.” We had cockroaches when we moved in. When I asked they said “oh we never had problems in that unit but we have problems in the building.” I confronted them about lying to us and they twisted my words saying I asked about the unit not the building. They also kept my full damage deposit when there wasn’t damage and I gave notice and a new tenant came over. The building was also filthy probably why they had pests. When I asked for my damage deposit back she said I would get most of it back but that was also a lie too.

Terrible service waited 3 4 days and they deny me because of a Brandon Crawford and roommate issue while on shrooms put a restraining order 1200 for 3 bedroom and then we moved upstairs to this and we paid off Tyler's Morins unpaid rent of 3 months off but after the restraining order against replacement roommate we moved upstairs 1200 for 2 bedroom
and I have the security deposit ready to go and everything and another review says they have cockroaches and no wonder I'm mad you denied me
