Super friendly staff, well-organized store despite it being so small. Huge variety of products to choose from, and it was wonderful that a customer mentioned to me that Sally's is currently giving $10 off of $40 purchases. I also really like how sweet the cashier was to make recommendations on hair products when I was looking for a spray for my hair that smells really good, she took me right to some nice spray that smelled divine! It was a fun shopping experience, I will come back soonest.

RACIST MUCH? I went there looking for a hair dryer and I stood for a couple minutes on my phone to read some product reviews before purchasing. They felt the need to announce TWICE in the store speaker that there is security surveillance and asked the cashier if everything was ok. Then she came to the back to look at me and check. I didn't even have a purse, just my wallet so where the heck was I gonna put your stuff if God forbid I wanted to steal it? I'm very much certain this would never happen if I was a white woman. It's ok though you'll never see me in your stores again. It's 2024 y'all are still so primitive.

I went to Sally’s at 8:50 today, which I understand is close to the closing time but I needed bleach toner asap (orange hair, box dye.. you get it). The doors were already locked, but I still knocked and gestured to the girl working the desk if I could still buy because they should still be open. She just looked at me and shook her head. So now I have to go to my 8am class with crazy orange hair because some girl couldn’t wait until the time posted to close.

I will never be going back to the Sally’s on Barrett parkway extremely disappointed in their customer service and care for their guests. This girl suggested I get a blue under toned toner that turned my hair green!!!!! They could’ve cared less, will not be going back EVER! Customer service is everything and a little compassion would’ve went along way for me in the situation!

I wish my receipt said who was helping me today, or that I had thought to ask her name, but whoever was working 1/7 at 11am was absolutely fantastic and kind to me. She helped me so much and my hair looks fantastic with all the products she recommended to me. So very knowledgeable about what I needed. Please give her kudos, I'll be back hoping to see her again!

BEWARE! I purchased a Peanut cordless clipper on the strong recommendation of the young woman working there. I made it clear it was for daily shaving. After trying it once, it was useless. I attempted to return it and was rudely informed they have a no return policy. That would have been useful information when I purchased. You would be better off to buy online. At least then you can return it if it is damaged or not as advertised.

I just love this Sallys I buy my color from here and every time I go, there is this beautiful woman with the most fun energy there (im going to get her name next time, shame on me). She always has the jams playing n a soft smile on her face. Shes fun and informative, very helpful... n of course their selections is vass and professional and the respect they have for us professionals (discounts n such) is a reason I will always shop Sallys!
