Sam was very helpful in getting our first home. He got a good deal for us. He was persistent (in a good way) and did follow up on our request when needed. Easy to work with and very understanding.

DO NOT RECOMMEND! Sam agreed to a special arrangement to buy and sell our homes. After earning the commission on the purchase the easy stuff, when it was time to sell our house he did not communicate with us, he disappeared and did not attend the open house. You cannot be held under duress because of his temperament and moods. Quite unstable and unprofessional. Definitely the kind of agent you will read about his actions in a BCFSA (the regulator) reports. It has been reported. The agency REMAX TREELAND has other AGENTS that have already been fined by the regulator for misconduct. Birds of a feather flock together. Do not make the same mistake we did. DO NOT USE THIS REALTOR!
