When I was looking for a home, the San Rufo team made their show homes available to me with an experienced agent working to show me around and answer any questions I had. I was very impressed with the experience and expertise Corrinna provided.

In comparison to other show homes I looked at, San Rufo stood apart from the others through their quality, design, and price. San Rufo floorpans are effective for any family, and the quality of products were significantly better than the other homes I looked at. It is clear that San Rufo prides their work on quality, while still being very fair in their prices.

After deciding to purchase a San Rufo home, I was supported along the way. As a first time home buyer, I had questions. If I called or emailed the team, I got my answers within the work day. It was reassuring to have a team that supports you on such a big purchase.

San Rufo also set me up with an assistant through the Virtuo App. This was an unexpected surprise that made my home buying process even easier. I connected with my assistant through the app, and she got me set up with my utilities, mail keys, garbage cans, and just made these tasks much simpler. San Rufo Homes provided this service and I can’t say enough how much it made the home set up process easier.

Where do I begin, the whole buying a home let alone your first home is super overwhelming.
