We were very happy with the service we received from Sandra Chaisson in finding our new home. Sandra is a very patient real estate agent who is committed to her profession and goes out of her way to ensure you are happy with all aspects of the house you are purchasing. It was incredible how smooth the closing of our purchase went and Sandra was willing to show us houses without any pressure to buy. Sandra responded to our queries quickly and made sure we understood everything about our new house and went out of her way to make suggestions for inspections, water testing, and ensuring that all items needing rectifying from the inspection were completed and expedited in a timely matter. Sandra was also present at all inspections and spent whatever time was needed to complete the actions. She was also helpful in recommending lawyers, insurance brokers and explaining all the hook ups that were necessary in order to make a smooth transition to our new home. Sandra was very skilled at pointing out all the quality of items that were used in the construction of our house. Even after we closed on our new home she sent a beautiful note and gave us a lovely house warming gift and bottle of champagne to celebrate moving into
our beautiful home.(see photos below). It is without hesitation that we highly recommend Sandra for purchasing or selling of your next home. 5*+

Sandra came highly recommend to us from another of her colleagues. As buyers coming from another province Sandra was able to take us on virtual tours of homes when we could not be present. Her expertise and honesty helped steer us away from homes of interest that could have been more of a project than we were willing to take on or afford. Although we were not able to find that perfect gem we were looking for in her area of reach, her property and environmental knowledge and insight helped us in choosing the right location for us, in the valley.
