I honestly cannot say enough about Sarah's professionalism and efficiency when it comes to both buying and selling. Sarah helped us buy our home last summer in an area that is well sought after. We were moving across the province and had a short timeline to find a house to buy. Sarah did so much work beforehand to help us understand the market and what was available to us. Once we arrived, she had set up viewings for everything available in our selected areas and in our price range. She has expert knowledge on the areas we were looking in, including location to transit, schools, shopping etc. Sarah was very thorough in our viewings. She was able to estimate when a roof would need to be replaced and see that windows were newer/older, which was very helpful. When we found a house that we liked she was able to negotiate effectively on our behalf knowing that we had a short timeline to secure a place. We were also able to bring in a home inspector on short notice before we put in an offer, which gave me peace of mind since it was an older home. I am so glad we read all of Sarah’s positive reviews and she was able to take us on as clients! I will absolutely be working with Sarah in the future when we sell our home.

I was not a big supporter of realtor's!! But dealing with Sarah changed my view about selling with a real estate agent..:) She is everything that other reviewers have mentioned and then some..:) Sarah treated us like family and she kept my wife and I involved with everything from renovation to staging. All in all we give Sarah high marks on her professionalism and getting our house sold for over asking in 7 day's from going on the market. You will not find a better realtor than Sarah. We have known Sarah for over 20 years. Sarah has helped us and my family to sell and buy homes. She has helped us to sell our home and find us a dream home. She has helped my elderly parents to find a home. She helped one of my son's to find his first home. She fully understood our "wants" and "needs". She is always available and if she is busy, she will respond within minutes. She was always there for us. We can only give 5 stars to Sarah, but she deserves way more. She deserves +10.
