We recently moved from Ontario to Newfoundland. Big move and lots of nervous moments.
Sascha was introduced through the search of properties. And glad she did!
Sascha organized and drove the hour out of her way to show 5 properties and we decided to put offer in on a home.

Sascha Pike was truly exception and was available always for home tours. Her responsiveness was incredible. She did an incredible amount of information about the process, inspection. The delivery of the info was straight forward and talk about the pros and cons for moving forward. Her promptness, knowledge, kindness, strategic mindset and good energy made the potentially chaotic process simple. If you are looking for the best realtor who does more and makes you feel like your needs were first priority, then I would recommend her 100%.

Sascha is simply amazing! Am yet to meet her in person, but she did such a wonderful job to close the deal on our house. We did everything remotely. She was patient and very easy to deal with. She found us all the right connections, from lawyers to the cleaners so that everything was smooth for us. I would definitely be recommending her for anyone who needs to buy a house.
