I had my car sent to my mechanic, but since he doesn’t handle electrical work, I looked up the highest-rated mechanic in the area and came across this shop. When I walked in and asked if he wanted to check the errors, he immediately said he doesn’t do electrical work- even though it was advertised as such. When I pointed that out, he replied that yes, he does, but only with an appointment. He also did not seem willing to hear what was wrong with the car so I could understand whether he could take care of it or not. The whole exchange left me quite confused, and it wasn’t the friendliest interaction. He may be good at other services, but I’m not sure what’s going on with his approach to customers. I’ll look for someone else nearby.

I always take my car here. Mr Shams is such a kind gentleman. So polite and explains in detail and never overcharges. His price is always reasonable. Many times he checked my car and fixed small issue and didn’t even charge me. I highly recommend him.

Just bought and had a new set of tires mounted and balanced here, fair price and great service.

Furthermore, I was aware of the issue that was causing the uneven wear on my tires and Shams diagnosed it before I mentioned anything about it.
He was not pushy trying to sell the job just wanted to make me aware of the issue.

He was unaware that I had worked in the car industry when he quoted me prices and explained issues. He was simply being knowledgeable, offering a fair price and being genuine in his business dealings.

I will be returning here for any future work I need done on my vehicle and would highly recommend Shams to anyone looking to get work done on their vehicle.
