This was my second time purchasing a home with Schmidt Realty, and they are amazing! We worked with Kathy to start narrowing down what we wanted and then got the amazing Maggie to show us through some amazing homes. Maggie also ultimately helped us with our offer and negotiations. She gave great advice and was super supportive of our choices - and she laughed at my jokes!! They even helped with recommendations for mortgage brokers, lawyers, everything! We are so grateful to Maggie and Kathy and the whole team for helping us find our new family home - the place where we will bring our babies home from the hospital, host holiday dinners, and BBQ in the amazing yard. Would 100% recommend Schmidt, Maggie, and anyone else lucky enough to work on their amazing team!

Dave was a tremendous help in the sale of my dad’s house after he passed. He knew the property well, instructed us clearly on where to spend our money to fix things and priced the house well.
