Hire ppl that can actually brainstorm!! Was in there yesterday wondering where my money went in one of my accounts, the male clerk with a beard and glasses printed up the whole month of February and said to me "your broke". Like hello who does that? I wasn't asking for the whole month, I was asking for the current day. Hire someone who actually has people skills, doesn't point out flaws and has a little compassion. There's reason why I don't go to banks, tellers are such a joke!! Storming out and slamming doors, ppl do that for a reason. Get some customer service skills!!

I had a problem depositing a fair amount of cash at their branch and had a HUGE issue with the machine. I went inside and the Head teller took care of it quickly. Awesome service. I have been dealing with Scotia bank for over 20 years and they have always come through for me

Was with Scotiabarf for over 20 years, wanted a daily limit increase, branch manager comes out and lectures me on the dangers of carrying so much cash around🙄 I’m a grown woman, I told her I didn’t care, calls me “ignorant” then tells the teller to shut down my acct! Literally 20 years and shuts down my joint acct with hubby within 5 mins!! During the conflict resolution process thru umbudsman and all the steps,( over2 month process) all employees interviewed lied and made me be the bad guy!!! What a joke!!! Do not trust Anyone at this branch especially the Branch manager and the tellers! Moved to a new bank, $350 credit, free one year monthly fees! Never got anything from scotibarf in 20+ years!!! Move banks or atleast away from the branch of crazy peeps!! What goes around, comes back around!!!

Overall good service but every time I go in there is a long line and 1 teller, while 3 to 4 people sit in offices. I often just go to the Lethbridge location by the mall for instant service.

Impressed, at the service I received in a quick manner. What really impressed me was the sign on the door "please wear a mask when entering the premises". Kudos to Scotia since they had a covid outbreak 15/10/20

Very inconsistent. Cash my payroll cheques through Scotiabank every two weeks , and it’s hit or miss on being held for no reason . Wouldn’t recommend using Scotiabank in coaldale .

Worst attitude I’ve ever got asked if I could deposit my cheque and instantly got “no you have to do that online or at a atm” umm no it will hold that I replied and instantly started with her terrible attitude again and booted me out hope she’s fired
