Scott Bellamy is a great realtor and and even better person. My first experience with Scott was 7 years ago when we used him to sell and purchase my mother's home. She was moving from Calgary to Cochrane. His extensive knowledge of both areas' markets and trends at the time was amazing. Fast forward to 3 years ago when our immediate family's journey started. We were very specific about what we wanted, and Scott was great working us through showings and giving us the information we needed. We never once felt pressure to sell when we weren't ready, or put our house on the market without a plan. He was very patient and helped guide us through our own process. He always said for us to take our time and when we were ready, he'd be ready.

A month ago, we were ready. After a few places we were eyeing went off the market in days, we decided to act and Scott was ready. Within a week of us deciding to list, we met, he helped us with staging ideas, pointers for having the house ready for photos and showings and our home was on the market. His professionalism throughout the process was top notch and he got us more than what we estimated we would get for our home and it sold in days. He helped get us into the perfect home for our family, and was there for us every step of the way.

I can't emphasis how impressed we were with Scott the realtor but more so with Scott as a person. There is no other realtor we would ever work with, and we highly recommend Scott and his behind the scenes crew who were also tremendous with us on everything.

My wife and I met Scott when we were looking at a property with our own realtor. We immediately felt comfortable with him and decided that if we were ever to see our property in the Cochrane area we would contact him. As luck would have it, we did decide to sell and Scott was amazing to work with. He looked after all of the details like home inspection and water well inspection and made sure the buyers had access to the property when needed, as we lived out of town. Scott also arranged for the new Real Property Report and paid for a portion of the cost from his own pocket. My husband and I would recommend Scott to anyone who wants a smooth transaction with a realtor that actually really listen to your needs. He makes sure he understands your yes and nos for your futur house and will work with you towards this goal. For the first time we did not feel the pressure for a quick transaction like we did with other realtors. Scott is very professional and responsive.
