From our first meeting, we enjoyed Scott's warm and friendly demeanour, and his sense of humour. This helped us stay grounded throughout our home search, which as most people know can be a very stressful process, particularly for first-time buyers such as ourselves, and especially in the heated sellers' market currently in place in the Greater Vancouver area. From our first meeting, we received so much great information and guidance from Scott, to help us get up to speed about so many different aspects of a real estate transaction. Scott was very clear and helpful in answering my endless questions, and I felt like we became much more confident in making this big decision because of the expert advice we received from Scott along the way.

We really felt that Scott had our best interests at heart. If we inquired about or viewed a property that he thought would not be right for us, Scott was very candid in sharing concerns which we might not have recognized. He definitely put our needs ahead of making a quick sale.

Throughout the process, I felt like we were Scott's most important clients. He is an excellent communicator, and also very prompt in responding to messages...and that's saying a lot because I sent him a lot of messages!! His internet listings service has a really great layout and user-friendly interface. When we were in a time-sensitive process of making an offer and needing some changes signed by all parties, his office had software for signing by email (which I understand is not standard for all agents), and it definitely helped us to get the purchase agreement finalized. Little things like that can make a big difference when the stakes are so high and the timeline is so pressing, in a market where a seller may have multiple offers the day of the first open house.

We are confident that Scott's advice helped us to secure the winning bid (while still in our budget) in a multi-offer scenario, where we had to act very quickly to be competitive. We moved into our home this week, and we couldn't be happier. Thank you, Scott!

I just wanted to leave a review, normally I don’t do this but Scott has been phenomenal. I’ve been dealing with Scott for a number of years now, and on both sides (buying/selling). I recommended him to my best friend and he also had a great experience.

Scott knows the “game” so to speak. He’s very knowledgeable, a veteran in his field. Where other realtors fall short, he stands out. Every edge you can get in the market is a bonus. My wife and I felt taken care of during all parts of the transaction. We never were wondering how the open houses went, or where the other sellers or buyers “train of thought” were, he guided us so smoothly it was almost too easy. He gave us advice which we could implement or not. One thing I really appreciated about Scott was everything was your call, where other realtors are pushy and very one sided; Scott takes your ideas and works with them to give the best result possible.
