Scott is an amazing realtor!
As a 24-year-old first-time home buyer with no friends or family to turn to, He walked me through the entire process, explaining each step in detail.
Most importantly, Scott has saved me from some terrible deals. He is honest and genuinely concerned about his clients. Given how expensive the housing market has become, when inexperienced prospective home buyers become desperate, we may accept a less-than-favourable deal. I am grateful Scott was there to be the voice of reason I needed to steer me away from major red flags, even if it meant longer wait times and more work for him.

On our quest to relocate from Ontario to Nova Scotia, we contacted Scott and were impressed by his
eagerness to be involved.
We would describe Scott as Professional, extremely knowledgeable; exceptionally helpful; patient and
trustworthy.
When we first contacted him, he immediately booked a call with the us to discuss the features we were
looking for in a home and the location we were interested in. Armed with that information, Scott quickly
set us up on the Collaboration site and assured us he was available for any questions we may have.
He was true to his word because every time we reached out with questions regarding a property, Scott
was very quick to engage the listing agent and get our questions answered. Further to this, he would
add details regarding the location of the home, based on his own personal knowledge of the area. This
was extremely helpful as there were many areas of N.S. that we were not familiar with.
On more than one occasion, Scott very willingly performed a virtual walk-through of a home with us so
we could see what he was seeing, and he would without hesitation, zoom-in on anything that may be of
interest to us. With his enhanced knowledge of building structures and construction, he would point
out anything he noticed that might require attention.
When one of us was able to fly to N.S. to view some homes, Scott no doubt, spent a great deal of time,
managing the best route so numerous homes could be viewed each day. There were homes outside of
his sales area yet he made himself available to take us through every home on our list.
It took us over a year to find the perfect home and we are so grateful that Scott was there to walk us
through the journey.
