I was looking for a place on Nova Scotia initially and found Sean partly due to this brilliant site he maintains which sends all the new listing and price changes for the area you are interested in. I flew out from BC to look at places and could not have found a more trustworthy realtor. Although Nova Scotia is not exactly like the often corrupt real estate sales in the US in the 1930's, there are situations you won't find elsewhere such as agents encouraging buyer and seller to be represented by the sellers agent. Sean was very good at describing this and it's potential to create a malignant situation. When I found a place, even though he was leaving the next day for the Holidays in Manitoba, he drove four hours out of his way because he said, he had never written an offer on a house he had not personally examined. I have dealt with many realtors from Oregon, British Columbia, and the Eastern provinces and have never met anyone with such obvious integrity as Sean has.

I would like to write a few lines about Sean. We were looking for a new home in Nova Scotia and since we were from out of province, we had to find an agent out of the blue. As luck would have it, we found a listing we liked and contacted Sean with our story. From the very first phone call, Sean seemed like a guy I 'd known for years. Chatty, friendly, genuine. That particular house came and went (along with a few others) because our timeline was a long 6 months away. At one point, we paid a visit to Nova Scotia and Sean showed us 10 houses in 2 days! Zero of those 10 houses turned out to be our forever home, but we spent a fun 2 days seeing much of the countyside. We have finally made our purchase and will be moving to Nova Scotia in late April! Sean has been with us through it all. He has been diligent, kind, funny and professional. He even helped facilitate our purchase when we were out of the country! In the end, we look forward to buying Sean supper for all of his hard work and we are happy to have made our first new friend in Nova Scotia.
