I lived in this building for the past year and had a great experience. The building is well-managed and everything was always taken care of in a timely and professional way. The management team, especially Haider, was always helpful, approachable, and made the whole living experience smooth and enjoyable.

Both my move-in and move-out were handled seamlessly, which really took a lot of stress out of the process. I truly appreciated the support and professionalism of the team throughout my stay. Highly recommend this building to anyone looking for a well-run and friendly place to live!

The property was built professionally and is well kept. As such, the rent is above what other buildings close by are offering. I moved out after one year due to the rent being too high. Had it not been for that, I would have continued living there as it’s located nicely next to the sky train and the street is relatively quiet. The gym though, is very small and is located in only one of the two buildings. There is only a small number of garbage bins that were always full! If you can comfortably afford the rent, then go for it, however there are many other properties nearby that I can easily give a rating of 4 also and the rent is cheaper. The new resident manager at Seasons, Haider, is really friendly and professional. He tends to concerns and issues in a timely manner and he brings a welcoming atmosphere. He is very helpful.

We had a wonderful experience living at Seasons. The building was always well-maintained, and the community felt welcoming and comfortable. When it came time to move out, Haider and Erick provided excellent support and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. He was professional, responsive, and very helpful throughout the transition. I truly appreciated his assistance and would recommend Seasons to anyone looking for a great place to live!

I have been a resident of Seasons since July 2024 when the building first opened. My experience has been a positive one overall and I plan to extend my lease. As the two buildings are brand new construction, I have been thoroughly impressed with building management attending to any deficiencies and any concerns I have had, promptly. Communication has always been great in this regard. The common space is ALWAYS very clean and tidy (including gym, amenities) and they take great care of the landscaping and garden, which I greatly appreciate. The building is very quiet. My friends and family always give praise when they visit.

The building manager, Erick, is a huge contribution to my positive experience while living at Seasons. He is kind, approachable and very attentive to any concerns and needs I have. He also has graciously organized trades to visit my unit and has taken care of those processes while I have been at work, which I genuinely appreciate. Knowing Erick is involved and is there to first hand to monitor things to do with my unit, or the residence generally puts me at great ease.

The community is wonderful, safe, quiet, family and dog friendly. I love how the skytrain is right there, along with Safeway, YMCA, and parks. Although there is a lot more ongoing construction nearby, it still remains very quiet on Regan Avenue and I expect it will remain that way years to come.

I would say that the cost to live at Seasons is not a “deal” or “steal” but given the way the building is run and the types of residents that live at Seasons, I can understand why the rent and cost is what it is. Overall, very happy!

My family has lived here for almost a year and overall it has been a very professional company to rent with. It is more costly than other places but if you can afford it definitely pays off by having better customer service and very well kept and clean building and amenities. It's pretty annoying that there is no AC in the bedroom!! There have been some issues with my heating but they were able to resolve and help us quickly. I was told this when moving in but I do see it being an issue in the summer. What I am really happy with is all the support and help we have been getting with the resident manger.

I am completely dissatisfied with this company and its manager. They never returned my deposit, and I ended up paying a lot of extra charges. They were truly unfair.

They charged me $790 just for marks left on the floor from a chair base. I had already moved out and left the apartment in a very clean condition, yet they still charged me $480 for cleaning.

The materials used in the apartment were of very poor quality. The flooring gets damaged easily—even placing a dining chair would leave marks on the floor.

Their behavior was also extremely rude. After just one year, most of the residents in the building had moved out of their units.

My advice to you is: don’t be fooled by the proximity to the SkyTrain like I was. Look for a place to rent elsewhere.

A great development, quality material and beautiful and functional floorplans. The management is professional, helpful and fast-responding when it comes to resident issues. Special kudos to Erick the resident manager for his work ethic and helpful attitude.
