We have a unit in the complex and regret ever making that purchase. There is absolutely no support and customer care from the corporation. Gutters have been broken for months on end and corpo is fighting with the builder who’s responsibility is to conduct necessary repairs, while collecting over $500 monthly in maintenance fees. Construction trailers and the preservation centre is locked, phones are not being answered and messages are not being returned.

The site superintendent Mike for Hanson development at the seasons on little lake in Midland is very rude and unprofessional, will yell and threaten you if he’s not right and if you challenge him. he will make you feel like less of a person definitely stay away from him!!

Absolutely no support from management. Front door has been broken for 5 months with no fix or replacement. Please do Better than this.

My wife and I tried to take a drive through what appears to be a nice looking development on a sunny Saturday afternoon to get a sense of the emerging community. We were stopped by a marked security car at the main road (which appears to be publicly built and maintained and is not marked otherwise), told it was a private area and asked to leave. I guess we don't look like the kind of people they want to sell to. That says enough to us about what they are trying to create.
