I would describe our recent condo purchase in Kitsilano with Sebastian as above and beyond ALL Expectations!
We purchased the condo “sight unseen”based upon his expertise and knowledge of the Vancouver real estate - and I am happy to say that the unit was better than described, the patio view of the city, mountains, and Kitsilano beach is absolutely stunning!
On top of that, we had car troubles the day of key pickup and Sebastian picked us up at our location to enable the delivery of our unit and toured the building with us. Truly exceptional and my extended gratitude Sebastian!
