It is important to share that I did not start my home buying journey with Selena. I found myself in a rather dire situation and had to seek out another. I trusted the reviews I read and decided Selena sounded like the person I needed. Thankfully I was right.

Selena took on the challenge of finding me a home in what had become a horrible market and I had less time to work with. When even a hint of an opportunity presented itself, I was glad to have her in my corner. Her dedication and skill as a realtor are the reasons why I am in a home now. In fact, in the end she found me two to choose from. A good realtor can achieve this in regular circumstances. Only someone like Selena can achieve this in the worst.

It was an added bonus to also have Andy available to view homes with me that required special attention. His skill set helped immensely in determining where areas of potential concern were.

An agent must be able to negotiate a price that fits your budget and also reflects the correct market price.
