If I could give this place zero stars I would!!!! Watching how the clerk interacted with the gentleman in front of me...I knew this wouldn't be pleasant. She was extremely rude to both of us. Not willing to help or provide the assistance to complete a transfer of ownership for a dirtbike for my son. There is a legal responsibility to transfer registration within 6 days. I didn't have the proper paperwork apparently and she suggested I apply for new paperwork that could take months and to disregard the 6 day law and risk prosecution myself because 99.9% of people won't report it. Worst advice ever and I wouldn't trust this place what so ever. Very unprofessional.

Brown hair lady is very prejudice extremely rude gave me the ran around each time I went kept saying each paper work wasn't good enough that she all suggested I get to which I did, I'd go back with it nope still wasn't good enough & she demanded I get more paper work! She lied also saying birth certificate wasn't allowed either! I did so much running around only to keep getting turned down FOUR TIMES!

So I went to the one in the court house & they asked why I brought in so much paper work & I told them why! The gentleman said I didn't even NEED all that & he gladly took one piece of mail with my name & address on it for a RENEWAL OF A HEALTH CARD!

Gas is extremely costly these days & I can't believe she did all that to me for no reason! If this gets removed I'm reporting to the B.B.B! As I should anyways!

This place is really not necessary to exist. It needs to be closed and relocate to a kiosk in Staples. These 2 positions can and should be replaced by AI.

I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Especially if your skin has color. Second class treatment the moment I walked in this place. I'll Never step foot in there again !
