I could not be more appreciative of Shaelysse for selling my family’s dream home in Campbell River in such a respectful and thoughtful manner. My husband and I built a very customized home which was done out to the hilt as we planned for it to be our forever home, unfortunately making it difficult to sell in the current real estate market due to the value of the home as it featured pricy finishings and several special features. It was heartbreaking to sell our home, and Shae knew we wanted to do so for personal reasons; however, she made the experience as expeditious and painless as possible for our entire family.

Shae spent a considerable amount of time in person, over the telephone and via email, with my husband and I ensuring she understood our expectations, while ensuring we were actually being realistic about the current market, challenges of selling in our price point, making sure we understood what buyers would be likely, willing or able to spend on a home such as ours, what competition was for sale in our price point and why those homes were still on the market after 6 months or more, and ensuring we understood that our type of buyers were a very specific market base. She was very honest and forthright about what she felt our home was worth versus what it would take to sell it quickly so we could make informed decisions and were ultimately able to move on expeditiously with our future.

Shae confidently recommended changes to our home she felt would move the property more quickly for us, which once we executed, resulted in our home being sold instantly, allowing us to successfully achieve our goals of having two other homes in two provinces. You cannot put a price on happiness I always say.

I cannot thank Shae enough for removing so many aspects of stress from the real estate process including handling of sales documents, competently negotiating a fair sale price, handling unusual subjects and removal clauses, and even assisting us with the moving process. In addition, she worked well alongside our AB realtor throughout to guarantee timelines were met on both ends of the process. The beautiful goodbye gifts she gave us will be keepsakes we cherish forever, and she even couriered me an entire drawer of effects I forgot to pack while we were moving.

Shae was always on time, always handled calls with my husband and I with class and integrity, even when I was a sobbing mess and mentally fatigued.

To sum it up, I will compare Shae and her services to that of the MICHELIN GUIDE. The Michelin Guide provides information beyond star ratings, including restaurant genres, contact details, pricing and sample dishes. While the stars spotlight the pinnacle of fine dining, the guide is comprehensive in covering high-quality dining experiences accessible to more diners on various budgets.

Shae receives the accolade of all three Michelin stars, as three are the maximum that can be received (5 on Google though)! Her service level is all of the stars. She is attentive, competent, and can answer any real estate question as the drop of a hat, just like a waiter should be able to answer of ingredients in a course. She understands pricing, how to compare properties such as comparing various cuisines and their courses. She comprehensively provides services within all budgets, though I must say, she is the top tier, fine dining of real estate agents. Shae is the very definition of caviar and champagne service. As the Michelin Guide dictates, she is worthy of driving out of your way to get to!

I highly recommend her services if you are entertaining a real estate transaction.
