First of all I just wanted to tell all how Shannon Deckers has impacted our family, she was under my step dad Bryan Gibbons wing for a long time, he would help her in anyway he could,
Right up till his last months before he passed away, Shannon was the only one at that office to reach out to him in is dying days. So when it came time to sell
My parents out of date home, since we put all our time in as a family to be with him, Shannon did not even take a second thought to help us sell the house.We got a for sale sign on the property on a Thursday and we were sold on the Sunday didn’t even hit MLS.
She knew what we wanted and understood the assignment so that no added stress was put on my mom, I really hope the broker on record Brain shows her gratitude as she deserves it, she made sure she was there for all aspects of the viewings to calm my mom from the stress of not only leaving the house she had with Gibb, but to help her achieve leaving Owen sound altogether.
