This was an estate sale; as the representative of the estate I had no personal knowledge of the house, (indeed, I live in Fairmont Hot Springs, so not even in tune with the Lethbridge market) so relied heavily on the local agent to drive the process.
We invited two agencies to view the house and present market strategies, and both offered much the same estimate of where the houses stood in the market.
Based on a personal referral, Shauna was chosen to represent the estate, and her performance on our behalf fully justifies the confidence in putting her name forward,
In only 3 days, we had an above listing offer, and with much back and forth over conditions, dates, and hiccups the deal was completed and possession granted within 23 days!
Hiccpus? Yes: as seller, disclosure put a spotlight on the big birch tree out front, and the experience Mr. Rooter had at the property with roots in the sewer. Shauna patiently conveyed each change.
Hiccups? Yes: closing date came and went with no funds passing between the law firms. Shauna was the buffer, conveying the estate's position of no cash, no keys, as the purchaser's lawyer and agent repeatedly tried to gain possession before completion of the deal. I cannot emphasize more how I felt supported by RMCDLaw and Remax/Shauna in maintaining that stance. We knew the funds were available to the buyer, and that we only had to be patient. We were, and all is well!

Bottom line: as a seller, 400 km away from the sale, I had confidence that I was getting good advice and was being well represented by Shauna, and her Gruninger Group!
I would whole heartedly recommend her to anyone buying or selling real estate in Lethbrige!
