Lived here for 2 years and have never had any real big issues. The maintenance was super fast if there ever had to be any and rent is super reasonable. Management was also very kind and helpful. These are nice apartments and have tons of storage which is something that can be overlooked when looking for a place to rent. The only downside I have was the apartments are super hot inside but with a portable ac machine it is okay in the summer. The apartments are pretty much sound proof to your neighbors but if you have anyone above you, you can hear them. Would definitely recommend these apartments to those looking to rent at an affordable price.

Absolutely horrible management. They kept our damage deposit and lied about damage in the apartment that wasn't actually there. I tried calling to ask why and got yelled at and hung up on. Our apartment was left in excellent condition. These people are crooks. Stay away from them.

I absolutely loved living here. Left after buying a house but, otherwise, I would still be there. Great service, reliable management company and Peter will always make sure you have what you need!! Highly highly recommend.
