Was a resident of Cambridge now moved further southwestern Ontario. I contracted an agent through Shaw Realty Group. His name: Alex DeMontmorency. He was capable of closing a deal swiftly and without flaws. I am happy with my three-bedroom purchase. We came across a couple of undesired facts during our searches, however Alex positively negotiated on my behalf and in my favour. I expressed my desires to him and he fully and attentively got what I was looking for. I would contract this agent and would recommend him to others for his efficient ways.

We couldn't possibly of asked for more with a realtor! Shaw and his team helped us purchase our first home and we absolutely love it. There expertise of the Tri-Cities region and beyond helped us settle into a neighbourhood we will love. Every showing was done on time and we felt safe during this pandemic with the team. Here is an honest review for any serious buyers and serious sellers who would want to deal with these scammers. Read carefully:

My agent placed an offer for one of the property listed with Shaw Realty Group. The initial offer date was few days ahead and they all of a sudden closed the offer date to same day. Our offer was on the top and they claimed that the seller will sign it soon, within few hours they stopped all communication with my agent, and never responded back to our emails or calls. The next day we found out that the property was sold to one of the brokers who works at Shaw Realty Group and guess what, the brokers offer exceeded our offer by $1000 and the property was sold to their own team member. This means they disclosed my information, my offer and my financial bid on the property to do a favour to their own team mate and sold off the property to their own brokers. Luckily, my agent was sharp and found out about this scam, god knows how many poor buyers and sellers they have done the same scam and undervalued properties to favour their own teams members. This review is to disclose what this firm is doing with property buyers and sellers.
