My partner and I were first-time home buyers, and Shawn helped us so much through the process. I don’t want to belabor the point, but the fear of never owning our own home, and anxiety about the process is something many of our generation can likely relate to. Shawn explained to us very plainly how we could make this happen, provided excellent resources for our needs, and remained so optimistic that we would find “our home.” In the end, Shawn was absolutely correct!

Both my partner and I had a reasonably good notion of what we wanted from a home, but we had significant financial limitations, and a tight timeline for purchasing. Shawn always made us feel like we were a priority, keeping us informed of listings, and helping us weed out destinations he did not think we should prioritize. We didn’t always take his advice, and Shawn never made us feel like looking at a property was off the table, but when he had a bad feeling about something, we learned quickly that he was most likely correct!

Shawn has an excellent eye for spotting potential liabilities in properties. My partner and I would too often walk into listings with either rose-coloured glasses, or the fear of losing a potential home in a fast moving market, but Shawn was very compassionate to our situation, and quick to point out important information that we would have otherwise ignored. Throughout the entire process, Shawn never made us feel like we should just buy a property and be done with it - It was very evidently important to him that we found “our home,” and assured us that it would happen. I know that it sounds cheesy, but dealing with home buyers is obviously commonplace for Realtors, but as we were nervously looking to start our life, Shawn calmed us through the process, and made it feel effortlessly special.

Sitting on the patio of our new home, reflecting on some of the listings we passed by, my partner and I could absolutely not be happier in our home. Shawn made our experience a joy, lined us up with material and resources to succeed, never once pressured us into a thing, and most importantly, delivered for us. When Shawn called us to say that our offer was accepted, everything following fell into place smoothly, because he had prepared us so well.

You only buy so many homes in life, and if we could do it all over again, we wouldn’t change a thing. We simply could not recommend Shawn Tucker and Premium Real Estate more.

We worked with Shawn a couple times and all was good until we chose a different listing agent on a 800k listing because the other agent had a better sales strategy and a better track record within the Community.
He then ignored our requests for document recovery on a property previously purchased through him. We never actually met with him once for the entire transaction.
He puts off professionalism with his vibe to get his clients but follows through like a used car salesman if you have a problem.
If you deal with him or his "premium" crew make sure you have your ducks in a row before closing or hurting his feelings because that professional aura fades and he will ignore you or block you from contact.

From the first phone conversation, it was obvious he was the right person to call. Shawn is extremely knowledgable and communicates very promptly.
