Shayla is an enthusiastic, polite, friendly, professional lady with an outgoing personality. She has all the contacts you need : lawyers, insurance , inspectors . Everyone she referred me to was completely reliable and did great work .She explains the technical details of a real estate purchase: the offer , negotiating a price, contract, completion date etc in easy to understand terms for new buyers like myself.
