We went and viewed an acreage that Shelby had listed trying to get my husband on board to make our dream of owning an acreage a reality. Although that wasn’t the one for us, Shelby walked us through the search and was very informative on the acreage buying process. This is our 5th time purchasing a house but 1st time buying an acreage and we were very grateful to have her expertise in this market. Not to mention, she got us an accepted offer on our house 2 days after listing. Shelby made the selling and purchasing processes easy with her wealth of knowledge and many contacts from lists of recommended inspectors, insurance brokers and lawyers. She even gracefully navigated the seller’s underhanded agent that tried to make the buying process more difficult than it needed be. Shelby works hard for her clients and you’d be lucky to have her on your side!
