Shelley helped us sell a property in Yahk BC (a hamlet between Creston and Cranbrook). We were not in the area during the sale and Shelley was able to broker all facets of the deal with us via distantly. She helped us with litigations that needed attention due to it being an estate sale and was professional and thorough throughout the entire process; which threw many curve balls her way!
