We were very pleased with Shelly throughout the sale process and the resultant transaction. She was a good listener and was attentive to my parents' priorities and changing timetable. In advance of the listing, Shelly invested a lot of time in preparing the house for optimal advantage and arranged for various specialists to assist. During the listing process itself, she organized and hosted Open Houses on the 3 initial Sundays in order to generate traffic and maximize awareness. Shelly adjusted the start of her Thanksgiving weekend (away) in order to complete the negotiation with the eventual buyer. We received good market intelligence and recommendations for negotiations.
