In 2008, I contacted Shelly to discuss selling my townhouse and to help assist in the purchase of a condo in Langley. Shelly never hesitated to provide direction or suggestions. Shelly was very capable of maneuvering through the entire process and explaining the legalities and answering the many questions that I had.
To that end, in the late summer of 2023, I reached out to her again to assist in the sale of my condo and the purchase of my new house. We were out-of-town buyers. Shelly was more than happy to accommodate us by doing remote video calls, walking through the properties, pointing out any deficiencies and talking with the neighbours to get a feel of the community. She respected our preferences and followed our instructions. She is also strong in negotiation and got us a better deal. She helped us after the closing of the property too.
