This organization managed our Strata for 1 1/2 years. They consistently missed paying invoices on time and needed significant follow-up to correct accounting, transactional and payment errors. After due notice and termination they withdrew our Strata fees for 2 additional months and have now left us with several overdue Municipal and Contractor invoices to resolve with our new Property Manager.

Poor management and customer service. Said they were proactively come to our condo complex and make sure things are done and they only came once or twice . Good at giving excuses poor at getting things done/ follow up October 5 this company took two months of checks for strata, even though they weren’t allowed to they promised they wouldn’t do it again and then the second time first time they mailed out checks it took eight weeks this time we were able to get checks in I promise please take a close and second look at anyone use this company definitely for thumbs down. New amendment starting to find out if this company has stolen money from the strata council and not paid his bills

Does not pay bills in a timely manner. Does not reply to emails or phone calls. After several months of phone calls and emails there is still no resolution. Insisting that they resolve the problem got me called rude. I would certainly not use this property management company. It's an unapologetically incompetent organization.

Unfortunately this gentleman does not provide any value with is below standard services and inexistant follow up. Personally I am not recommending any management services from him, it’s just wasted time and money.
