My boyfriend and I had the pleasure of Shilo being our realtor for purchasing our first home ever! She was absolutely incredibly, whenever you needed her she was there - phone call or text it didn’t matter, she responded. Any question, she had the answer or was able to get the answer and made sure we knew no question was a dumb question. There were a few bumps along the way of getting possession but Shilo kept us calm, cool and collected the whole time and we were always kept in the loop.

Absolutely will be recommending her to everyone! And will definitely be giving her a call next time.

Close to two years ago, my husband and I wanted more information in regards to a house for sale online but also wanted an appraisal on our acreage so I emailed the agent who was Shilo Reardan. Shilo came to see us and we knew right away she was an expert in her field. We didn’t sell at that time but this October 2022 we needed to made a change in our present living situation so I called Shilo and because of her extensive knowledge, her great advice, step by step routine and knowing we were stressed out seniors, we now are moving into a new home. Shilo is an angel who always makes herself available anytime day or night. She can sense when you need support and gives freely of her time, answers any questions and certainly makes your journey less stressful. Shilo is fantastic to work with. She is encouraging, positive, and absolutely knows what she is doing. Her expertise is evident and she knows how to get things done.
