If there was a way to give 6 star review I would. Had a great Selling and Buying experience with Neil Cameron and the Shoreline Real Estate Team. He coached me through the entire process and provided everything that could have been asked for in a purchase of a new house and the sale of my old house. He’s patient, understanding and knowledgeable of the current market and current statistics.
I’d highly recommend Neil Cameron to anyone buying a house any day of the week.

I recently sold my uncles house with Mark and Neil. A lot of work was required to get the house ready for sale and Mark gave me practical advise on what needed to be improved to get the most value out of the house as well to expedite the sale. He was very proactive at getting everything ready so when the house was ready it was promptly listed. They spread the word though the realtor network which resulted in a lot of traffic. I do not live live in Campbell River, they're help clearing the last of the leaves and doing periodic house checks was a great help. The house sold in 7 days.

Bought in 2017 then had to sell our house in 2023. While buying is usually straightforward, I have found selling is not in my experiences, always so easy and simple.
True to my other experiences, the sale of our house in CR was not simple or straightforward due to a first recalcitrant buyer, then found a second buyer. Then there was a potentially difficult basement tenant. Deanna and Mark were right on the ball, kept me informed and were very professional in dealing with some sticky issues and got my sale done in a dull market.
