UPDATE (4 February): Still no reply from the company despite multiple calls (including the contact number they sent) and emails from me and Booking.com.

BEWARE THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. They charged me for a property I booked via Booking.com, cancelled the reservation and never gave me back my refund. THE COMPANY NO LONGER REPLIES ON EMAIL, PHONE NUMBER OR ANY OTHER MEANS. THEIR AD IS STILL LIVE ON BOOKING.COM

GOD SAVE YOU IF YOU DEAL WITH THIS BUNCH OF FRAUDS

I have had really really bad experience with them. Reservation was made on Booking.com for nearly 2200 CAD for 15-20 August 2024

11 August: . We have recently been informed that there will be a two-week delay in the delivery of furniture for the newly acquired property you have reserved. As a result, we regret to inform you that we are unable to host your stay as planned. Due to this unforeseen circumstance, we must unfortunately cancel your reservation. .. a full refund will be issued to your original method of payment.. Our accounting department has already initiated the process, .. Please allow up to 30 business days .. Best regards, XXXX Customer Support Representative

22 August: ...Hope is well, please be advised that the refund will be processed 10 - 15 business days.

13 September: Hi Vivek, Thank you for your message..... Our files show that your cancellation was received on September 7. [LIE - IT WAS 7 AUGUST] I will ensure that your refund request is prioritized and will keep you updated on the progress.

18 Sept:: We regret to inform you of an important situation that has impacted your recent refund request. Due to a system migration, we encountered an unexpected issue that resulted in the deletion of some guest data, including refund transaction details. As a result, we no longer have access to process the pending refunds directly from our end. !!!!! To ensure you receive your refund promptly, we recommend contacting your bank or credit card provider and initiating a dispute for the charge. [I CANNOT DISPUTE A CHARGE AFTER OVER A MONTH - TOLD THEM - PLEASE REMIT TO MY INDIAN ACCOUNT I SAID]

My experience with the corporate housing unit was exceptional. The apartment was modern, clean, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable extended stay. The customer service team was attentive and addressed all my queries promptly. Definitely a five-star experience!
